I welcome any feedback on the list that isn't 'get rid of the vanilla chaos marines' or 'I know you said not to, but you should get rid of the chaos marines'. I still have about 15 painted marine type miniatures with various equipment even after writing this list, but there's not much point in continuing if they're never going to see play.
I'm going to try and make it work as best I can as I only play very, very rarely and then only casually.

Hey there.
I'm going to assume that you're shooting for 1500pts, and that some weapon changes are possible.
The main gaps I see are that the character are pretty tame, and missing some things to really crack open tough targets (which in a chaos marine army usually means meltaguns).
I would drop the Veterans of the Long War from the second Havoc squad, giving us 134pts to play with.
First off, two meltaguns on the bikers (20pts).
Meltabombs on both HQs (they can split off and take out separate tanks if needed, or will give them a chance against walkers) (10pts).
Sigil of Corruption on both HQs (50pts).
Spell familiar on the sorcerer (15pts).
Lightning claw on Lord (15pts)
Dozer blades on both rhinos. With the havoc launchers I imagine the plan is to hang back with them, but being able to reposition more safely is very nice. (10pts)
Back to the bikers. Meltabombs on the champion, and Veterans of the long war on the bikers who are more likely to see combat than the havocs. (10pts) Alternatively for the same 10pts give the champion a combi-melta instead.
4pts left. (1496 army total)
Be careful with the cultists. While they're big units, left alone they suffer from morale and may disappear if the enemy devotes attention to them.
